On any given Sunday you can find us walking our favorite beach path before the sun goes down. Since our weather forecast calls for weeklong rain we had to get as much time outdoors as possible. Using our Orbit O2 jogger we went to church, got lunch, visited friends, changed and then went for a family walk which provided plenty scooter time for Waylon. We alternated pushing the stroller so I feel like I got a workout in as well running after Waylon as he dodged innocent bystanders, pedestrians and dogs ha ha! Zeke fell fast asleep in his carseat which easily clicks out of its base and into the O2 jogger. We just put two tired boys to bed so bring on the rain El Nino.
If you’re looking to get a good workout in using your jogging stroller try walking outside for 3-4 miles in a hilly area. I usually like to run hills but lately I’ve been saving my energy for the flat areas and lunging up the hills (great for the glutes too)!
