3-Day Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Experience

Ketamine Assisted Therapy Intensives

The Rose den
Venice, California

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms.

There is expanding research in the mental health community around the impacts of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help eligible patients get unstuck and experience long-lasting improvement in symptoms, particularly those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, other mental illnesses or those facing a roadblock in their current therapy. Some of the latest studies have shown truly life-changing results for some patients, and I felt compelled to offer KAP to my clients should they want to pursue this avenue of care.

Journey Clinical Resources

If you are curious to learn about KAP and investigate if it might be a fit for you, I encourage you to spend some time researching on your own, or simply ask me and we can explore it together! Here are some helpful places to get started provided by Journey Clinical (the platform I partner with for KAP):

Further Reading/Listening about Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy:

  • Andrew Huberman’s 90 minute podcast into how KAP works
  • Interview with Lauren Taus on how psychedelics are changing therapy
  • Further personal experiences of some who tried ketamine
  • Dr. Hillary McBride on the We Can Do Hard Things Podcast talking about Psychedelics and therapy. (Dr. Hillary McBride is also my KAP trainer and supervisor).
  • I also highly recommend the Docu-Series on Netflix by Micahel Pollan called “How to Change Your Mind”.

Hi! I’m Chrissy Powers. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, mom, wife, writer and eternal optimist. I live and work in San Diego, CA but I work with people from all over the globe online.

Through my personal healing journey I’ve found my passion working with others. I help my clients heal from trauma, find their most authentic self, decrease the symptoms that keep them from loving life and teach them how to live in their bodies.

I hope you find hope and healing here.

Natasha Radwan

Hi! I’m Natasha Radwan. I’m a dynamic professional in both real estate and mindfulness practices. Beyond my career as a lawyer and broker, I’m deeply committed to mindfulness and well-being through ceremonies and meditation.

I channel my appreciation for tranquility through the art of Cha Dao tea ceremonies. Sitting with tea allows me to connect deeper with myself and nature by simply slowing down to engage all senses to simply be.

I find joy in outdoor activities like backpacking, hiking, and off-roading. My adventurous spirit and commitment to my career support my personal growth and a balanced lifestyle that combines mindfulness with these adventures.
