I can’t remember visiting the pumpkin patch last year; that probably had something to do with having a newborn. This year we revisited the American tradition of picking out pumpkins and in Southern Cal we pretend it’s fall even though it’s 90 degrees by the ocean. We met up with dear friends who happen to have all boys almost the same ages as mine. We adventured on haystacks, found our way through a corn maze, and once Zeke figured out pumpkins don’t bounce, we picked two out to take home. My favorite part was watching the boys climb on the haystacks and pretend they were warriors. You gotta savor those boy mom moments ha ha. Hope you all had a great weekend!
