Who’s ready for a minimal but majorly impactful “small bathroom” makeover?
When the lockdown hit in March our housebuilding project got put on hold. We had just finished the outside paneling of our home and some of the rough electrical and everything stopped. Honestly it was heartbreaking and I shed many tears. We’re slowly picking back up and working on the house. We just painted it “whisper white” by Sherwin Williams and took the scaffold down and the roof got loaded yesterday so things are looking up!
However, in quarantine I got the bug to spruce up our current home so there are definite benefits of having a quarantined contractor husband. Sam actually came up with the idea that we should upgrade our current bathroom to which I jumped up and down with excitement. Click the video below to see the whole process.

I’m so glad we went with this color for the vanity. This color is called “Jitney” from Farrow & Ball.

The best decision we made was going with this white terrazzo 8×8 tile from Riad Tile. It truly is soothing and tasteful and just makes me happy every time I walk into our bathroom. This backsplash sets the tone and mood for the entire room.
