This morning was magic. Usually we head home after church on Sundays with a tired toddler but this time we ventured out to a new breakfast joint in our town called Cafe Topes. Waylon was actually a joy despite being a little worn out and our conversation over the comfort food was more than just about bills, schedules, and parenting strategies.
