How was your week? Mine was a freaking rollercoaster….
I started the week out feeling kind low energy and now it’s Friday and I’m feeling much more space to breathe and live. Burnout is normal and can happen for a number of reasons: not enough self-care, spiritual growth, needing more support, hormones and the need for rest.
When I rest and take things off my mental plate I fill back up and am able to live in a state of gratitude. But tell me to be grateful when I’m stressed and I’ll shoot eye daggers.

- Rob Bell’s Podcast: 900 Ligaments. It was just so so good. I can’t recommend it enough.
- Under The Influence: A Woman’s Work. I‘m enthralled with this podcast about the beginnings of “mom influencing” it’s fascinating for all women to listen to as it feels like a huge step in women’s history.
