It’s been cold here in Southern Cal, so I’m pretty sure if it’s cold here then it’s cold all over the county. I don’t mind it that much since I grew up in Northern California. I remember driving to school when the roads were frozen and the fog was so thick you had to drive 5 miles an hour and pray “Jesus Take The Wheel”.
