Step 1: Discover the root of your trauma and anxiety

After our guided session, you will complete the Anxiety Identifier worksheets to understand what things are triggering your anxiety, where you feel it in your body and the negative self talk that happens in this cycle.

Step 2: Embodiment & where you hold emotions & stress

Living with embodiment allows you to be “tuned in” to what you are feeling inside. You will learn the elements of embodiment and identify where you hold emotions and stress, as well as the different energy centers of the body.

Step 3: elements of release and identifying the "stuckness"

Through this week’s journal exercises you will be learning to identify areas of stickiness in your life, what stories you are telling yourself that no longer serve you and how/where you feel this in your body.

Step 4: your relationship with you body

You will identify the current relationship that you have with your body and learn how to embody the parts of you that has always brought pleasure. We are awakening the body to pleasure and the absence of pain.

Step 5: understanding your worth

In this session you will open your mind and body to the idea that you can move forward in your life and have the life you want. In the “Calling In” worksheet you will identify what you want to bring forth in your life and imprint on the thought that you can actually have what you want.

Step 6: integrating what you've learned

In this final course, we focus on applying what you have learned to your life, so you can move forward and become the person you truly want to be.
